CRM for companies in Moldova

CRM Moldova: a CRM system built around the way your company works

Bsmart implements CRM systems for companies in Chișinău and across Moldova — from Bitrix24 configuration to custom CRMs with Telegram, telephony, Meta, AI and automated reports. We don't bend your company to fit the CRM. We build the CRM around your company.

What does a CRM mean for a company in Moldova, in practical terms?

A CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) is where a company keeps all its enquiries, customers, conversations, quotes and tasks in one place, each with an owner and a next step. For a business in Moldova, that means something concrete: no lead from Facebook, the phone or the website gets lost, the manager sees in real time what is happening in sales, and reports are no longer compiled by hand at the end of the month.

What it solves

  • Enquiries from any source (website, Meta, phone, Telegram) go straight to the person responsible, with a response deadline.
  • Each customer's history stays with the company, not on an employee's phone.
  • The manager sees the pipeline, the team's workload and the reasons deals are lost.
  • Weekly and monthly reports generate themselves.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't sell for your team — it organises their work.
  • It doesn't replace accounting software or a specialised POS; it integrates with them.
  • It doesn't deliver results if the team doesn't enter the data — which is why we build it to be as easy to use as possible.

Why companies in Moldova end up implementing a CRM

In our conversations with businesses in Chișinău, Bălți, Cahul or Comrat, the reasons are almost always the same. Not "digitalisation", but concrete problems:

Leads get lost between channels

Enquiries come in via Facebook and Instagram, by phone, through the website, on Viber and on Telegram. Without a system, each channel is checked by someone different, and the Friday-evening ones go unanswered until Monday.

The information belongs to the employee, not the company

When a sales manager leaves, the history of their customer conversations leaves with them. A CRM moves the customer relationship into the company's system, with role-based access rights.

Reports are compiled by hand

Someone spends a day each month pulling numbers from spreadsheets, chats and notebooks. With a CRM, the sales report, the lead-source report and per-employee performance are available at any moment.

The manager can't see the pipeline

How many quotes are in progress, how many are stuck, at which stage and why — without a CRM, the answer is a verbal estimate. With a CRM, it's a screen.

Employees don't want yet another app

The most common reason a CRM fails is that the team doesn't use it. That's why we build simple interfaces, sometimes directly in Telegram, with buttons for the everyday actions.

Your processes don't look like a template

A real-estate agency, a pastry shop and a B2B distributor have completely different sales stages. A generic CRM forces them into the same mould; a tailored one respects them.

Generic CRM or custom CRM: which is right for your company?

Both make sense, in different situations. Bsmart works with both models — we implement and configure Bitrix24, and we build our own CRMs — so we can say openly when one is a better fit than the other.

Standard CRM (e.g. a configured Bitrix24)

  • A predefined architecture with a large set of ready-made features: CRM, tasks, chat, telephony, documents.
  • Faster to implement when the company's process resembles a classic sales flow.
  • The company adapts its processes, in part, to the platform's logic.
  • Per-user licence costs, depending on the plan chosen.
  • Best for: teams that need many modules and are fine with a standardised flow.

Bsmart custom CRM

  • The flow, stages, fields and roles are designed around the company's real process.
  • Only the integrations you need: telephony/PBX, Meta, website, your existing database, AI.
  • An operational interface in Telegram if the team works from their phones, plus Web Admin for management.
  • Reports and dashboards on exactly the metrics you track.
  • Best for: companies with a specific process, field teams, or those that have tried a CRM and abandoned it.

We don't claim that one model is "better" in general. In the first conversation we look at the process, the team and the integrations, and recommend the option that has a real chance of being used every day.

What Bsmart can automate in a CRM

Each item below is configured for your company — not all of them are needed by every client. The list shows what has already been built or configured in our implementations.

Lead capture

From the website, forms, Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, calls and Telegram — straight into the CRM, with no manual copying.

Automatic distribution

The lead goes to the responsible or available employee, by rules: round-robin, by area, by product type, by language.

Notifications and reminders

The employee receives the lead in Telegram or in the app; if they don't respond in time, they are notified first, then the manager.

Pipeline and stages

Your own sales stages, with automatic actions when the status changes: a new task, a message to the customer, a notification to the manager.

Tasks and follow-up

Tasks created automatically ("call back on Thursday", "send the quote"), with deadlines and escalation when they are overdue.

Documents and customer files

Contracts, quotes and files attached to the customer card; document generation from templates where needed.

Automated reports

Sales by period, lead sources, conversion by stage, per-employee performance — sent by email or Telegram at a fixed interval.

AI, where it helps

A summary of a conversation, classification of an enquiry, a suggested reply for the agent — AI as an assistant, not a replacement.

Available CRM integrations

A CRM is only as useful as the data that flows into it on its own. The integrations we implement most often for companies in Moldova:

  • Telephony / PBXCalls are logged on the customer card; a call from a new number creates a lead.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram)Lead Ads and messages land in the CRM with the source and campaign preserved.
  • Website and formsAny form on the site creates a lead with the page and traffic source.
  • TelegramAs an interface for employees (cards, buttons, notifications) or as a bot for customers.
  • Existing databasesConnection to the customer, product or order lists you already have, via API or import.
  • Accounting and other systemsData exchange with the company's accounting system or ERP, where an API exists.
  • AILanguage models used for summaries, classification and suggested replies, with data under the company's control.
  • Reports and dashboardWeb Admin with statistics for management; export to Excel/Google Sheets where needed.

How a CRM implementation with Bsmart works

The process is the same whether we choose Bitrix24 or a custom CRM. What differs is how long each stage takes, not their order.

  1. We understand how you work today

A 45–60 minute conversation about how enquiries come in, who picks them up, what happens next and where they get lost.

Outcome: a sketch of your current process, with its weak points

  2. We map the process in the CRM

The pipeline stages, the fields on the customer card, the roles and who sees what.

Outcome: the CRM structure, approved by you

  3. We set up the integrations

Telephony, Meta, website, Telegram, databases — only the relevant ones.

Outcome: leads enter the system on their own

  4. We add the automations

    Distribution, notifications, automatic tasks, reports.

Outcome: nobody copies data by hand anymore

  5. We migrate the data, if needed

From Excel, an old CRM or another system, with verification after import.

Outcome: customer history in the new system

  6. We test with the team and go live

Role-based training, a few days running in parallel, then launch.

Outcome: the team works in the CRM

  7. We fine-tune after the first weeks

What isn't used gets removed, what's missing gets added.

Outcome: a CRM that stays in use

CRM by industry: examples from Moldova

The sales process varies enormously from one field to another. We've described separately what a CRM looks like for a few types of business:

Frequently asked questions about CRM in Moldova

Short answers to what companies ask us most often before an implementation.

How much does a CRM cost for a company in Moldova?

It depends on the number of users, the integrations (telephony, Meta, website, databases), the automations, the reports and any data migration. For Bitrix24, the platform licence is added on top. We don't publish a fixed price for custom CRM, because every system is different — but after the first conversation you get a clear quote, with what's included and what isn't.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

A standard customised CRM can be implemented in roughly 14 days, depending on integrations and process complexity. Complex projects, with many integrations or data migration, take longer.

Bitrix24 or a custom CRM?

Bitrix24 is the right choice when you need many modules and are fine with a standardised flow. A custom CRM is the right choice when your process is specific, your team works from their phones, or you've already tried a CRM and it wasn't used. We recommend after seeing your process, not before.

Can the CRM be integrated with telephony?

Yes. We connect phone systems (PBX) and IP telephony so that calls appear on the customer card and a call from a new number automatically creates a lead.

Can it be integrated with Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. Leads from Meta Lead Ads and messages can flow directly into the CRM, with the source and campaign preserved, and be distributed automatically to the responsible employee.

Can it connect to the database we already have?

Yes, via API or import. Your existing customer, product or order lists can be connected or migrated, with verification after import.

Do employees have to install a new app?

Not necessarily. For teams that work from their phones, the CRM's operational interface can live directly in Telegram — customer cards, buttons, notifications — while management uses Web Admin in the browser.

What does the manager see?

The pipeline in real time, unanswered leads, workload per employee, lead sources, conversion by stage and periodic reports — configured on the metrics you track.

Can we migrate from another CRM or from Excel?

Yes. We migrate contacts, deal history and documents, with validation after import so that no data is lost.

Do you also work with companies outside Chișinău?

Yes. Implementations are done largely online, so we work with companies across Moldova, in Romanian and Russian.
