Data deletion

If you filled in a form from an advert on Facebook or Instagram and your details reached a CRM we host, you can ask us to delete them.

Write to info@bsmart.md with the subject “Data deletion”. Include the name you were contacted under, the phone number or email address you used, and the name of the company whose advert you answered, if you know it.

What happens next:

1. We confirm that your request arrived.
2. We check who you are, so that we do not delete somebody else’s data.
3. We pass the request to the company that is the controller of your data, and carry it out in our own systems.
4. We reply in writing within 30 days.

You can also remove the app from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. That stops new data reaching us, but does not delete what we already received.
