Bitrix24 implementation in Moldova: configured on your company's process, not on the default settings

Bitrix24 is a big platform. Installed out of the box, it becomes an expensive Excel; configured on the company's real process — pipelines, robots, roles, Meta and telephony integrations, reports — it becomes the system the team works in every day. Bsmart implements Bitrix24 for companies in Chișinău and across Moldova, in Romanian and Russian.

What does Bitrix24 implementation mean?

Bitrix24 implementation is configuring the platform on the way the company actually works: its own pipelines and sales stages, cleaned-up fields, roles and permissions, robots and triggers for automation, integration of lead sources (website, Facebook and Instagram, telephony), data migration from Excel or an old CRM, dashboards and reports, role-based team training and post-launch support. It isn't an “installation”: it's adapting the platform to the company.

What we configure in Bitrix24

The list below is what we usually do. The order and depth depend on your company; we don't switch on modules you won't use.

Pipelines and stages

Your company's sales stages, named the way the team names them; separate pipelines for different processes (sales, rentals, service, recurring B2B); mandatory loss reasons.

Fields and cards

We clean up the default fields and add only what matters to you: budget, source, product, deadline. Few mandatory fields, so the team actually fills them in.

Robots and triggers

Bitrix24 automations on your pipeline: automatic task on stage change, manager notification, message to the client, follow-up reminder, escalation.

Lead distribution

Assignment rules: round-robin, by source owner, by product; unanswered leads visible to the manager.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

Lead Ads and page messages enter Bitrix24 with the source preserved; Contact Center configured on the channels you use.

Telephony

Connecting your PBX or IP telephony, where supported: calls on the client card, call from a new number = new lead, recordings where the law and the PBX allow it.

Website and forms

Website forms and the chat widget create leads in the CRM, with the page and source preserved.

Users, roles, permissions

Company structure, departments, who sees what: agents their own leads, the manager everything, the accountant only what they need.

Tasks and workflows

Tasks linked to deals, task templates, approval processes where needed (quote, discount, contract).

Dashboards and reports

Bitrix24 reports configured on your indicators: sources, conversion by stage, performance per employee, forecast; scheduled delivery where useful.

Data migration

From Excel, an old CRM or via API: duplicate cleanup, field mapping, import, verification on a sample.

Additional integrations

Accounting, other systems, apps from Bitrix24 Market or custom development via the REST API — only where there is a concrete reason.

How a Bitrix24 implementation with Bsmart works

The same methodology as any CRM implementation; the duration depends on the integrations and the complexity of the processes.

  1. Your current process

How requests come in, who picks them up, what stages actually exist, where they get lost. Without proposing anything yet.

Outcome: a sketch of the process, with its weak points

  2. The structure in Bitrix24

Pipelines, fields, roles, notifications — validated with you before configuration.

Outcome: a configured portal, without real data

  3. Integrations

Meta, telephony, website, other systems; data import.

Outcome: leads come in on their own

  4. Automations

Robots and triggers on the pipeline; scheduled reports.

Outcome: nobody copies data by hand anymore

  5. Testing and training

A run with real leads, role-based training (30–45 minutes per role), short materials in Romanian or Russian.

Outcome: a team that knows what to do

  6. Launch and support

Switching over to the portal, support in the first days, a review after the first weeks; ongoing support depending on the package.

Outcome: a Bitrix24 that actually gets used

What changes after implementation

For the team

  • Requests land in Bitrix24 with an owner and a deadline, not in shared inboxes.
  • The client card has the fields you need, not thirty default ones.
  • Follow-up tasks appear on their own; robots do what used to be done from memory.
  • The Bitrix24 mobile app for those in the field.

For management

  • The pipeline in real time, by stage and by employee.
  • Unanswered leads and overdue tasks, visible without asking for a report.
  • Lead sources and the conversion of each, from the configured integrations.
  • Scheduled reports on the indicators you track.

When we DON'T recommend Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is the right choice for many companies, not for all of them. We'll tell you in the first conversation if:

  • Your process is very specific and a template distorts it — a custom CRM respects it more easily.
  • Your team works exclusively from their phones and needs button-driven actions in Telegram — see Telegram CRM.
  • You need deep integrations with your own systems, which are simpler in a purpose-built system.

Frequently asked questions about Bitrix24 implementation

Short answers to what companies in Moldova ask us.

How much does Bitrix24 implementation cost?

The implementation service depends on the package (number of pipelines, integrations, migration, training) — see the pricing page. The Bitrix24 licence is paid separately, directly to the platform, depending on the plan; we don't publish its prices here because they change and differ between plans.

How long does implementation take?

Usually 2–7 weeks, depending on the package, the integrations and the volume of data to migrate.

Can Bitrix24 be integrated with Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. Leads from Meta Lead Ads and page messages enter the CRM with the source preserved and can be distributed automatically.

Can it be integrated with telephony?

Yes, with PBXs and IP telephony supported by the platform or connected through an integration: calls appear on the client card, and a new number creates a lead. We check your specific PBX in the first conversation.

Can data be migrated from Excel or another CRM?

Yes. We clean up duplicates, map the fields, import, and verify a sample together before launch.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes — support in the first days, a review after the first weeks and ongoing support depending on the package you choose.

Do you also work outside Chișinău?

Yes. Implementation is done largely online, in Romanian or Russian; we come on site when it is useful.

Bitrix24 or a custom CRM?

It depends on the process, the team and the integrations. Bitrix24 when you need many modules and accept a standard flow; a custom CRM when the process is specific or the team works from phones. We recommend after we see the process.
